In 1996, South Africa adopted one of the world's most progressive constitutions — laying the foundation for democracy, equality and human dignity.
Thirty years later, we celebrate the young people carrying that vision forward through innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership and community impact.
30 Under 30 honours the individuals helping to write South Africa's next chapter.
A national recognition programme celebrating young South Africans making exceptional contributions to society before the age of 30.
Selected participants join a community of changemakers and become ambassadors for active citizenship, leadership and social impact.
The 30 Under 30 programme forms part of the broader Light on the Hill Festival — a landmark event commemorating 30 years of South Africa's constitutional democracy.
